　　为全面提升财税与公共管理学院国际化办学水平，5月25日下午，财税与公共管理学院组织国际化工作组、相关系主任与其他有海外学习背景的教师，于财税大楼205会议室召开工作例会。学院戴丽华副院长主持会议。

　　会上，万谊娜总结2021年学院国际化工作的成绩与不足，学院全年建立工作专班与常态化的工作激励机制；聘请客座教授进行线上讲座；申请亚洲资金合作校内培育项目；启动与国外研究机构的初步联系。不足之处为全年学院教师出国境访学、学生出国交流与升学、教师科研论文发表国际合作、国际合作项目尚未达成既定目标。

　　戴丽华讨论部署2022年学院国际化的重点工作，认为学院国际化办学水平提升需从科研国际化、师资国际化、学生国际化三个角度落实。学院应积极开拓与海外高水平大家的学科伙伴关系，开展学位联授、师资互换、学分互认、科研合作；进一步鼓励教师申请公派出国项目，参加国际会议，赴国际组织、国际期刊任职；加大对于短期交流项目与公派留学项目的宣传，增加学生特别是研究生层次的国际化规模。

　　与会教师积极参与讨论发言，为学院国际化办学水平提升建言献策。最后，段远鸿书记认为众人拾柴火焰高、希望学院教师群策群力，帮助学院国际化工作更上一层楼

　　张仲芳院长呼吁教师积极响应，尽快落实会上部署工作，形成国际化工作小组，在科研论文发表、交流访学、学生出国深造、国际学术交流活动及会议等几方面明确任务目标，分工协作、重点推进，补齐学院国际化工作短板。

　　In order to comprehensively improve the international education level ofthe School of Public Finance& Public Administration,the School of Public Finance& Public Administration organized an international working group, heads of relevant departments and other teachers with overseas learning background to hold a regular meeting in Conference Room 205 of the Finance and Taxation Building on the afternoon of May 25. Dai Lihua, vice president of the college, presided over themeeting.

　　At the meeting, Wan Yina summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the college's international work in 2021, and the college established a special work class and a regular work incentive mechanism throughout the year; Invite visiting professors to give online lectures; Apply for the Asian fund cooperation in school cultivation project; Initiate preliminary contact with foreign research institutions. The inadequacies are that teachers of the college have not yet reached the set goals for overseas study visits, students have gone abroad for exchanges and further education, teachers have published research papers on international cooperation, and international cooperation projects have not yet beenachieved.

　　Dai Lihua discussed and deployed the key work of the college's internationalization in 2022, and believed that the improvement of the college's international education level should be implemented from three perspectives: internationalization of scientific research, internationalization of teachers, and internationalization of students. The college should actively develop the discipline partnership with overseas high-level people, and carry out joint degree awarding, teacher exchange, credit mutual recognition, and scientific research cooperation; Further encourage teachers to apply for public overseas projects, participate in international conferences, and work in international organizations and journals; Increase the publicity of short-term exchange programs and public study abroad programs, and increase the international scale of students, especially graduatestudents.

　　The participating teachers actively participated in the discussion and speech, and provided suggestions for the improvement of the college's international education level. Finally, Duan Yuanhong believed that all the teachers of the College would make concerted efforts to help the college's internationalization work to a higherlevel

　　Dean Zhang Zhongfang appealed to teachers to respond positively, implement the work deployed at the meeting as soon as possible, form an international working group, clarify the task and objectives in the aspects of scientific research paper publishing, exchange and study visits, students going abroad for further study, international academic exchange activities and meetings, divide the work and cooperate, promote the key points, and complement the shortcomings of the internationalization work of thecollege.
