On the afternoon of September 2, 2024, the 2024 "Hengxin Cup" National Smart Taxation Competition for College Students, organized by School of Public Finance and Public Administration, was held in the third conference room on the tenth floor of the Graphic Information Building for exchange and discussion.Li Chungen, Vice President of the Standing Committee of the School Party Committee, Wan Jianxiang, Director of the Academic Affairs Office, Li Gaoqi, General Manager of Zhejiang Hengxin Education Technology Co., Ltd., Zhang Zhongfang, Dean of School of Public Finance and Public Administration, Wu Zhibin, Deputy Director of the Smart Campus Management Center (Economic Management and Entrepreneurship Simulation Experimental Teaching Center), Wu Yunfeng, Deputy Dean of School of Public Finance and Public Administration, Fang Ye, Director of the Party and Government Office of School of Public Finance and Public Administration, and some teachers from the Taxation Department attended the meeting.

Firstly, Li Gaoqi, the General Manager of Zhejiang Hengxin Education Technology Co., Ltd., provided a detailed introduction to the rules and regulations of the competition, including the purpose, duration, participants, teams, methods, and content. At the meeting, the release time of the regulations, the form and channel of invitation letter issuance, the required working group, and the invitation list of leading experts were discussed and determined.

At the meeting, Zhang Zhongfang, Dean of School of Public Finance and Public Administration, made arrangements for the follow-up work.

Secondly, Vice Dean Wu Yunfeng of School of Public Finance and Public Administration reported on the preparations for the competition in the early stage.

Finally, Vice Principal Li Chungen proposed three goals. Firstly, the smart finance and taxation profession should strive to build a community as its goal. Secondly, we strive to make the Smart Taxation Competition a national level second tier event. Thirdly, strive to include the Smart Finance and Taxation major in the list of majors for college entrance examination enrollment. And expressed the intention to fully utilize this competition to showcase the charm and educational achievements of our school's intelligent finance and taxation major.

财税与公共管理学院组织召开2024年 “衡信杯”全国大学生智慧税务大赛赛事交流研讨会

​2024年9月2日下午，由财税与公共管理学院承办的2024年“衡信杯”全国大学生智慧税务大赛赛事交流研讨会在图文信息大楼十楼第三会议室举行。校党委常委副校长李春根、教务处处长万建香、浙江衡信教育科技有限公司总经理李高齐、财税与公共管理学院院长张仲芳、智慧校园管理中心（经济管理与创业模拟实验教学中心）副主任吴志斌、财税与公共管理学院副院长伍云峰、财税与公共管理学院党政办公室主任方晔及税务系部分老师参加会议。

首先，浙江衡信教育科技有限公司总经理李高齐从竞赛目的、竞赛时间、参赛对象、参赛队伍、竞赛方式及内容对大赛的规程作了详细的介绍。并在会上讨论确定了规程的发布时间、邀请函发出的形式及通道、需要成立的工作小组及领导专家的邀请名单。

会上，财税与公共管理学院院长张仲芳针对后续工作进行了部署。

其次，财税与公共管理学院伍云峰副院长汇报了大赛前期的工作准备情况。

最后，李春根副校长提出了三个目标。第一，智慧财税专业要把共同体作为目标去努力建设。第二，争取要把智慧税务大赛打造成国家级二级赛事。第三，争取把智慧财税专业争取到高考招生专业目录内。并表示要充分利用本次大赛展示我校智慧财税专业的风采和办学成果。
