Our school held a study session on intention to go abroad
In order to further implement the exchange and study abroad for our students and continuously promote the cultivation of international talents in the school, the school of Finance, Taxation and Public Administration conducted an exchange meeting on the intention to go abroad in the morning of June 14, 2023 in Conference Room 205 of the Finance and Taxation Building, which was hosted by Professor Dai Lihua, Vice Dean of the the School of Public Finance and Public Administration, and nearly 20 students attended this exchange meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Dai Lihua introduced the exchange programs abroad for the students in the audience, including the tuition-free interactive program and the self-funded study abroad program in the fall of 2023, to help students understand the specific programs of our school to study abroad (border). Then, she asked the students present whether they had any confusion or doubts about their intention to go abroad and whether there was anything they could do to help them in their daily work. And she recommended the public number of Jiangcai Internationalization, namely the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange(OICE) of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
In the interactive exchange session of questions, several first-year students inquired about the undergraduate exchange program, and Professor Dai Lihua introduced the cooperative exchange program with the University of Essex in the UK and the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman in Malaysia, and encouraged them to prepare for IELTS first, to build a good language foundation, and to be ready for going abroad (border) exchange at any time. Some students also asked about the application of study abroad programs in Korea, Japan, Singapore and other countries, and whether students can apply to better schools if they are not financially well off. Professor Dai Lihua answered them one by one and encouraged everyone to actively seek opportunities and take the initiative to seek study abroad programs!
