In order to leverage the role of industry experts and assist in the construction of disciplines and talent cultivation, on January 4th, the college held a guest professor appointment ceremony, appointing Wan Tingchun, the director of Yingtan Medical Security Bureau and a first level researcher, as a guest professor at the School of Public Finance and Public Administration and a special researcher at the Medical Security Research Center.Dean Zhang Zhongfang, Vice Presidents Xiong Xiaogang and Yang Daotian, as well as teachers from the Department of Social Security and the Medical Security Research Center, attended the ceremony and held discussions.

At the ceremony, Dean Zhang Zhongfang introduced the overview,the development concept of our college,and the basic situation of the Medical Security Research Center of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. He presented the appointment letters of guest professors and special researchers to Director Wan Tingchun,and Director Wan Tingchun shared his work experience and insights on deepening the medical insurance industry, and expressed his willingness to contribute to the construction of medical insurance disciplines and talent cultivation.

Comrade Wan Tingchun has successively worked at the China Workers General Hospital of the Fourth Metallurgical Construction Company, Yingtan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Yuehu District Health Bureau, Yujiang County People's Government, Yingtan City Health Bureau, Yingtan City Health and Family Planning Commission, Yingtan City Health Commission, and Yingtan City Medical Security Bureau. He is a member of the 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Standing Committee of the Yingtan City Political Consultative Conference, and currently serves as the Director and the first level researcher of the Yingtan City Medical Security Bureau. He also serves as a member of the third council of the China Medical Insurance Research Association, a member of the DIP expert pool of the National Medical Insurance Administration, a special researcher at the Huake Base of the National Medical Insurance Research Institute, a special researcher at the Guangdong Base of the National Medical Insurance Research Institute, a visiting professor at the School of Insurance at the Central University of Finance and Economics, a part-time researcher at the China Academy of Actuaries, and an expert of the Hainan Province Real World Data Medical Insurance Application Expert Advisory Committee, Director of the Jiangxi Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and member of its Cardiovascular Professional Committee, member of the Jiangxi Science and Technology Achievement Evaluation Committee, and Jiangxi Science Popularization Ambassador.

学院举行客座教授礼聘仪式

为发挥行业专家作用，助力学科专业建设和人才培养，1月4日，学院举行客座教授礼聘仪式，聘任鹰潭市医疗保障局局长、一级调研员万挺春为财税与公共管理学院客座教授、医疗保障研究中心特聘研究员。院长张仲芳，副院长熊小刚、杨道田，社会保障系和医疗保障研究中心教师出席礼聘仪式和座谈交流。

礼聘仪式上，张仲芳院长介绍了学院概况、学院发展理念和江西财经大学医疗保障研究中心基本情况，向万挺春局长颁发客座教授和特聘研究员聘书，万挺春局长分享了自己深耕医保事业的工作经历和感悟，表示愿意为医疗保障学科建设和人才培养贡献力量。

万挺春同志先后在中国有色四建总医院、鹰潭市中医院、月湖区卫生局、余江县人民政府、鹰潭市卫生局、鹰潭市卫计委、鹰潭市卫健委、鹰潭市医疗保障局工作，系第七、八、九、十届政协鹰潭市常委，现任鹰潭市医疗保障局局长、一级调研员。兼任中国医疗保险研究会第三届理事会理事，国家医疗保障局DIP专家库成员，国家医保研究院华科基地特聘研究员，国家医保研究院广东基地特聘研究员，中央财经大学保险学院客座教授、中国精算研究院兼职研究员，海南省真实世界数据医保应用专家咨询委员会专家，江西省中西医结合学会理事及其心血管专业委员会委员，江西省科技成果评审委员会委员，江西省科普大使。
