On June 7th, the Central University of Finance and Economics-Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics Bilateral Finance and Taxation Forum (2024) was held at our university. Professor Fan Yong, Dean of the School of Finance and Taxation at Central University of Finance and Economics, Professor Li Xiaorong, Vice Dean, Professor Zhang Zhongfang, Dean of the School of the school of public finance and public administration at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Party Secretary Duan Yuanhong, Deputy Party Secretary Xie Lihua, Vice Dean Xiong Xiaogang, Wu Yunfeng, Yang Daotian, and others attended the bilateral forum.The forum was hosted by Dai Lihua, Vice Dean of the school of public finance and public administration at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. Associate Professors Xia Jun and Qiu Cisun respectively hosted the morning and afternoon sub forum sessions.

This bilateral finance and taxation forum is divided into two sections: academic paper reports, discipline construction, and exchange of experience in talent cultivation.In the academic paper presentation section, Associate Professor Yang Longjian, Associate Professor Shao Lei, and Assistant Professor Peng Zhang from Central University of Finance and Economics, as well as Professor Ouyang Jing, Professor Wan Ying, Dr. He Fan, and Dr. Sun Shuo from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, shared the latest research results on environmental protection tax and carbon leakage, financing platform land purchase behavior, the impact of remote work on the economic value of enterprises, social order and national financial governance, the effect of special additional deductions for personal income tax, the effect of value-added tax invoice reform, and the reform of the dual budget system. The attendees had a thorough discussion.

In the process of discipline construction and talent cultivation, Professor Fan Yong, Dean of the School of Finance and Taxation at Central University of Finance and Economics, and Professor Li Xiaorong, Vice Dean, as well as Professor Zhang Zhongfang, Dean of the the school of public finance and public administration at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Associate Professor Xiong Xiaogang, Vice Dean, and Associate Professor Yang Daotian, Vice Dean, respectively introduced the distinctive measures of our college in discipline construction and talent cultivation. The two sides had in-depth exchanges and extensive discussions on training program design, academic reporting system, graduate employment promotion, cross integration professional construction, postgraduate supervisor team construction, and discipline team construction. Both sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in talent cultivation at all stages and regularly organize academic seminar activities. This bilateral forum further deepened the communication and interaction between the two houses and achieved good results.

6月7日，中央财经大学-江西财经大学双边财税论坛（2024）在我校举行，中央财经大学财政税务学院院长樊勇教授、副院长李小荣教授，江西财经大学财税与公共管理学院院长张仲芳教授，党委书记段远鸿，党委副书记谢丽华，副院长熊小刚、伍云峰、杨道田等参加双边论坛。论坛由江西财经大学财税与公共管理学院副院长戴丽华主持，夏珺副教授和邱慈孙副教授分别主持了上午和下午的分论坛环节。

本次双边财税论坛分为学术论文报告、学科建设和人才培养经验交流两个板块。在学术论文报告环节，中央财经大学杨龙见副教授、邵磊副教授、彭章助理教授，江西财经大学欧阳静教授、万莹教授、何凡博士、孙硕博士等7位老师分别围绕环境保护税与碳泄漏、融资平台土地购置行为、远程办公对企业经济价值的影响、社会秩序与国家财政治理、个人所得税专项附加扣除减税效应、增值税发票改革效应、复式预算体系改革等，分享了最新研究成果，与会人员展开了充分讨论。

在学科建设和人才培养交流环节，中央财经大学财政税务学院院长樊勇教授、副院长李小荣教授，江西财经大学财税与公共管理学院院长张仲芳教授、副院长熊小刚副教授、副院长杨道田副教授分别介绍了本院在学科建设和人才培养方面的特色举措，双方从培养方案设计、学术报告制度、毕业生就业促进、交叉融合专业建设、研究生导师队伍建设、学科团队建设等方面进行了深入交流和广泛探讨，双方同意加强各阶段人才培养的合作，常态化组织学术研讨活动。本次双边论坛进一步加深了两院之间的交流与互动，取得了良好效果。
