On June 29, 2024, a work conference and teaching seminar on the establishment of the virtual teaching and research office for the course "China Tax System" was held in Nanchang, jointly organized by the Ministry of Education's virtual teaching and research office, the National Smart Taxation Industry Industry Education Integration Community, and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, and undertaken by the School of Public Finance and Public Administration and the Finance and Taxation Research Center.Professor Wang Qiao, former Secretary of the School Party Committee and leader of the virtual teaching and research room for the course "Chinese Taxation", and Xu Xiang, member of the Standing Committee of the School Party Committee, attended the meeting.Zhang Zhongfang, Dean of the School of Public Finance and Public Administration, presided over the opening ceremony of the meeting.

At the opening ceremony of the conference, Xu Xiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the School Party Committee, warmly welcomed the attending experts and scholars. He pointed out that the teaching of the "China Tax System" course, as an important part of cultivating financial and tax talents, bears the responsibility of imparting professional knowledge, cultivating innovative thinking, and solving practical problems.The construction of virtual teaching and research rooms is an important measure to actively explore new ways and forms of modern education and teaching organization. The holding of the conference will facilitate exchanges and discussions on hot issues such as the construction of the taxation major and curriculum, and help promote the construction of the major and curriculum to a new level, creating a new situation for the teaching of taxation.

During the keynote speech session held in the morning, Professor Wang Qiao, the leader of the virtual teaching and research room project for the "China Tax System" course, reported on the progress, characteristics, effectiveness, and next steps of the virtual teaching and research room since its establishment, and made overall arrangements for the construction of the virtual teaching and research room. Professor Pang Fengxi from the School of Finance and Taxation atZhongnan University of Economics and Law, Professor Li Xuhong from theBEIJING NATIONAL ACCOUNTING INSTITUTE,Professor Yin Qiang from theSchool of Finance and Taxation atHenan University of Economics and Law, Professor Ni Zhiliang from the School of Economics at Nankai University, Associate Professor Yu Xiancai from the School of Economics at Fudan University, Professor Li Wei from the School of Public Finance and Public Administrationat Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, and Associate Professor Hao Xiaowei from the School of Finance and Taxation at Southwest University of Finance and Economicshave all shared their teaching and research results on the undergraduate course "China Tax System" and course construction, talent cultivation in finance and taxation under the background of new liberal arts, integrated teaching of taxation, industry, academia, research and application, integrated teaching reform of production education, and classroom teaching.Professor Wu Hong, Deputy Director of the Finance and Taxation Research Center at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, presided over the keynote speech.

In the afternoon meeting and discussion session, a work conference on the construction of the "China Tax System" virtual teaching and research room was held. Representatives from 21 universities, including the first and second batch of member units, participated in the discussion and put forward opinions and suggestions on the path and methods of virtual teaching and research room construction.The conference also set up two teaching and discussion sub forums, and the attending representatives had sufficient exchanges and discussions on the construction and teaching reform of tax related courses such as "China's Tax System", as well as the construction and talent cultivation of tax related majors. The virtual teaching and research room construction work conference and teaching discussion sub forum were respectively chaired by Associate Professor Wu Yunfeng, Vice Dean of School of Public Finance and Public Administration, Associate Professor Qiu Cisun, Director of the Department of Taxation, and Associate Professor Wang Wen, Deputy Director of the Department of Taxation.

This meeting had rich content and in-depth discussions, with both theoretical and practical depth. Everyone agrees that the construction of virtual teaching and research rooms is an important measure to promote the modernization of tax education, which requires joint efforts from all parties, continuous exploration and innovation, promotion of resource sharing, and improvement of teaching quality. The holding of the seminar has played a good role in promoting the construction and teaching reform of the "China Tax System" course, advancing the construction of virtual teaching and research rooms, and deepening inter school cooperation and exchanges.

教育部《中国税制》课程虚拟教研室建设工作会议暨教学研讨会举行

2024年6月29日，由教育部《中国税制》课程虚拟教研室、全国智慧税务行业产教融合共同体和江西财经大学共同主办，财税与公共管理学院、财税研究中心承办的《中国税制》课程虚拟教研室建设工作会议暨教学研讨会在南昌市举行。校党委原书记、《中国税制》课程虚拟教研室牵头人王乔教授，校党委常委徐翔出席会议，财税与公共管理学院院长张仲芳主持会议开幕式。来自山东大学、厦门大学、复旦大学、南开大学、北京国家会计学院、安徽大学、中南财经政法大学、西南财经大学、东北财经大学、河南大学、福州大学、西南民族大学、江西农业大学、山东财经大学、浙江财经大学、天津财经大学、吉林财经大学、云南财经大学、河南财经政法大学、西安财经大学、贵州财经大学、内蒙古财经大学、兰州财经大学、河北经贸大学、湖北经济学院、上海立信会计金融学院、郑州商学院、湖南财政经济学院等30余所院校的专家、学者参加会议。

校党委常委徐翔在会议开幕式致辞，对与会专家、学者表示热烈的欢迎，指出《中国税制》课程教学作为培养财税人才的重要一环，承担着传授专业知识、培养创新思维和解决实际问题能力的重任，虚拟教研室建设是积极探索现代教育教学组织新途径、新形态的重要举措，会议的举办对税收学专业建设、课程建设等热点问题进行交流和研讨，有助于推动专业建设和课程建设迈上新的台阶，开创税收学专业教学的新局面。

在上午举行的主旨报告环节，《中国税制》课程虚拟教研室项目牵头人王乔教授报告了虚拟教研室组建以来的工作进展情况、工作特色及成效和下一步工作计划，对虚拟教研室建设工作作出总体部署。中南财经政法大学财政税务学院庞凤喜教授、北京国家会计学院李旭红教授、河南财经政法大学财政税务学院殷强教授、南开大学经济学院倪志良教授、复旦大学经济学院余显财副教授、天津财经大学财税与公共管理学院李伟教授、西南财经大学财政税务学院郝晓微副教授先后围绕《中国税制》本科课程教学和课程建设、新文科背景下财税专业人才培养、政产学研用一体的税收学专业教学、产教融合教学改革、对分课堂教学模式等分享了教学研究成果。江西财经大学财税研究中心副主任伍红教授主持主旨报告。

在下午的会议研讨环节，举行了《中国税制》虚拟教研室建设工作会议，首批成员单位和第二批成员单位共21所院校代表参加研讨，就虚拟教研室建设的路径和方法提出意见建议。会议还设置两个教学研讨分论坛，与会代表围绕《中国税制》等税收学专业课程建设和教学改革、税收学专业建设和人才培养进行了充分的交流与研讨。虚拟教研室建设工作会议和教学研讨分论坛分别由财税与公共管理学院副院长伍云峰副教授、税务系主任邱慈孙副教授、税务系副主任王雯副教授主持。

​此次会议内容丰富，讨论深入，既有理论高度又有实践深度。大家一致认为，虚拟教研室建设是推动税务教育现代化的重要举措，需要各方共同努力，不断探索创新，促进资源共享，提升教学质量。研讨会的举办为促进《中国税制》课程建设、教学改革，推进虚拟教研室建设，深化校际合作与交流起到很好的助推作用。
