School of Public Finance and Public Administration held a promotion meeting for talent introduction
In order to effectively strengthen talent work and plan for talent introduction in the new academic year,the School of Public Finance and Public Administration held a special promotion meeting for talent introduction work in 2024 on February 26,whose members of the leadership team, chief professor, heads of various professional mentors and department heads attended the meeting, which was chaired by Dean Zhang Zhongfang.
Dean Zhang Zhongfang pointed out that talent is the "first resource" for the development of the college, and talent work is the top priority of the college. Doing a good job in talent introduction, expanding the total number of talents, and optimizing the talent structure are the most fundamental and strategic work in the current and future period. We must attach great importance to it, strengthen planning, take multiple measures, and form a joint force; To overcome all difficulties, take the initiative, broaden one's horizons, and seek talents from multiple sources and channels; To implement the task of talent introduction to the department and individuals, and ensure the high-quality completion of the 2024 talent introduction task, laying a solid foundation for the long-term development of the college.
Secretary Duan Yuanhong emphasized the extreme importance of doing a good job in talent introduction, pointing out that doing a good job in talent introduction is the top priority to cope with the peak retirement of faculty and ensure the long-term high-quality development of the college's cause.
Based on the characteristics of various majors and the trend of talent work in the college, the attendees put forward constructive suggestions on comprehensively strengthening talent introduction and cultivation from the aspects of expanding talent introduction channels, strengthening information communication, improving talent treatment, improving the environment for talent development, introducing and cultivating interdisciplinary talents, and improving incentives for talent introduction work.

为切实加强人才工作,谋划新学年人才引进,财税与公共管理学院于2月26日召开2024年人才引进工作专题推进会。院领导班子成员、首席教授、各专业导师组长、系主任、科室负责人参加会议,会议由张仲芳院长主持。
张仲芳院长指出,人才是学院发展的“第一资源”,人才工作是学院第一位的工作,做好人才引进,做大人才总量,调优人才结构,是当前和今后一段时期最具基础性、战略性的工作,必须高度重视,加强谋划,多措并举,形成合力;要克服一切困难,主动出击,拓宽视野,多方多渠道求才引才;要将引才工作任务压实到系、压实到人,确保高质量完成2024年人才引进工作任务,为学院长远发展打下坚实的基础。
段远鸿书记强调了做好人才引进工作的极端重要性,指出做好人才引进工作是应对教职工退休高峰,确保学院事业长远高质量发展的头等大事。
与会人员结合学院各专业的特点和人才工作态势,从拓宽引才渠道、加强信息沟通、提高人才待遇、改善人才发展环境条件、引育交叉学科人才、完善引才工作激励等方面,对全面加强人才引育工作提出了建议性意见。
